Bio
Chair is a post-punk band established in 2021 by two friends that met in a furniture store. Since then, they have grown into a four-piece, blending post-punk, art rock, and britpop with absurdist humor and emotionally charged songwriting.
Since their formation, Chair have played around 130 concerts across Poland and abroad, including appearances at Poland's biggest festivals such as Męskie Granie, OFF Festival, and Great September showcase. They have also reached a wide television audience as semifinalists of Polish Got Talent. They've released 2 EPs and 1 LP, both critically acclaimed, becoming albums of the week of most polish radio stations.
Chair's live shows are the best way to experience them. Equal parts danceable and unpredictable, their performances combine ecstatic performance, raw energy, and playfulness, inviting audiences into their world.
